Executive Summary

RBG partnered with the City of Richmond and Accenture to modernize city operations, restructure governance and processes, and drive enterprise-wide performance and service delivery improvements.

The Challenge

The City of Richmond faced significant financial management, governance, and operational challenges that required immediate executive attention and sustained remediation, including:
