RBG awarded a support-related services contract with the City of Richmond, Virginia

The Robert Bobb Group (RBG) is pleased to announce that the City of Richmond, Virginia has awarded the firm the contract to perform strategic, support-related services. These services provided by RBG will include:

·       Implementation Management,

·       Project Planning,

·       Program Management,

·       Change Process Management,

·       Talent Advisory Consultation,

·       Workforce Training Consultation,

·       Employee Development,

·       Organizational Design,

·       Cultural Change Management,

·       Real Estate and Infrastructure Consultation, and;

·       Urban Development Economist Services.

The contract duration is for 5 years (initial term) with an option for (2) two-year renewals.
