Lawrence A. Bobb
Lawrence “Tony” Bobb is a Principal with The Robert Bobb Group (RBG) and has over 20 years of expertise in project management, consulting, real estate development, and business development for top industry-leading organizations.
Before joining RBG, Tony served in a leadership role at Alvarez and Marsal to monitor US Department of Education grant funding and ‘high-risk designation removal’ consultation for the U.S. Territory Guam. During this engagement, Tony led his team to monitor over $81 million in US Department of Education-funded fixed assets. He implemented operation procedures, accountability standards, leadership, and training; thereby improving fixed asset inventory and warehouse management systems.
Previously, Tony was a Project Coordinator for Forest City Residential West, a division of Forest City Enterprises—an $11 billion publicly traded real estate development company. He completed budget and pro-forma analysis, community/political outreach, project management, and market research objectives to develop the Uptown Apartments (Oakland) and Presidio Landmark Apartments (San Francisco). Tony also served as the Business Development Director for the Bay Area World Trade Center (BAWTC).
Tony has a degree in Economics/Business from the Virginia Military Institute. He also received a Certification in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California – Lusk Center for Real Estate Bay Area Ross Program.
